Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty extensive with 9 interviews. The final stage was 3.5 hours of back-to-back interviews with different people. Each interview was at least 30 minutes. They move fast in the interview process, so you gotta be prepared and ready. You need to be confident, know your stuff and ask smart questions. Everyone was really nice, professional and easy to talk with. The HR team was great and continues to be.

It seemed like a nice company, but it wasn't a good fit. The company also had some hiring issues during COVID. I ended up accepting another offer, so I didn't continue with this process.

It was a 3 step process. Started with an HR screening call, then an interview with the sales team leader, and finally an on-site interview that had four sessions. It was a pretty straightforward process overall, mostly about describing my background and how I would fit in this role.
