Candidate-reported interview process

Great interview, the HR was quite interesting and passionate about the company. Then I had an interview with the CMO. The company seems really great and with many green flags.

It was a great experience, though I wish they had posted the salary on the job post. We realized a few interviews in that the salary wasn't in the range I'd need to make a move.

It was a pretty long process. I first spoke with the department head, then had two interviews with program managers. After that, there was a virtual onsite with four interviews with people from different teams, and finally, a call with the CRO. They're really thorough in their hiring, which is good for finding strong candidates, but expect to really dive deep into your experience and what you bring to the table. The HR team was great, always quick to respond and helpful if I needed to speed things up, which I did.
