Candidate-reported interview process
It was a really long interview process. Started with a screening, then a first technical round, after that a case study assessment, and then a bunch of culture interviews. Some interviews were remote at first but most of them ended up being in person.
It was a multi-stage interview process. The interviewers were all very kind and relatable. They asked technical questions. The whole experience definitely made Ares more appealing. The process did take a while because they were interviewing many candidates.
The interview process was fast and complete. I talked with several people to make sure I could handle the job and also to see if I would be a good fit.
