Candidate-reported interview process

It was 3 rounds, 30 minutes each with 2 interviewers. The first round was technical, the second was behavioral, and the third was a technical interview that included a small LBO case. Everyone was really nice. The next round was a week after the previous one, so things moved quickly.

The first round was super behavioural, not too hard, as expected for an initial interview. It was actually with someone from Dartmouth Partners, not HR, for a pre-screening. Then came video interviews which were more technical, followed by a superday.

They had a phone screen and then a super day. The first two rounds were mostly informational and straightforward. The super day was a mix of technicals and culture, each interview was about 30 minutes.
