We had a group hiring event where everyone had to present their favorite gears with a demonstration. Each candidate spoke for 60 seconds, one by one, while everyone else listened.
I spoke with a really nice talent acquisition manager from Canada for the first round. He seemed to really know the role well and asked a mix of personal and job-related questions. It felt like a discovery call, nothing too intense.
Booking was easy and communication with HR/people and culture was smooth. First, there was a virtual screening with people and culture. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Finally, a virtual call with the VP.
