Applied online, the whole thing took 3 weeks from start to offer. Started with a 30min chat with HR (Marine) for general screening questions. Then, I had to answer a customer request via email. The final stage was a 45min interview with the team manager, where she asked 8 behavioral questions in both French and English. Overall, it was a great experience; the HR and manager were really nice and made me feel comfortable, more like a casual chat than a formal interview.
The interview was super fast and easy. The person interviewing me was upfront about everything concerning the job. It was efficient for both of us, and we both realized it wasn't the best match right now.
It was one zoom interview. They asked typical questions about why Arcteryx, and situations where I problem-solved. There was also a unique 5-minute section where I had to answer a hypothetical CX question. They also asked about my passion for the outdoors, like what kind of activities I was interested in.
