I had a recruiter phone screen and then an interview with some hiring managers. Unfortunately, like others mentioned, I was ghosted after the interview and got no updates or feedback, which was disappointing. It's frustrating to see a lack of professionalism from a brand that talks about community and integrity. Plus, the recruitment team seems more into posting about their personal lives and ski trips on social media than communicating with candidates. If you're applying, be ready for them to not follow through.
Applied online, HR called after a week. No response after that, so I followed up and got an interview date. Had a chat with the hiring manager which had a mix of behavioral and some technical questions. It was okay, and got an invite for a technical round the same day, scheduled for the next week. This technical interview also had non-technical questions. No response afterwards. Followed up again after a week, still no word. The whole thing took about a month and I got ghosted. Total waste of time.
This was my second time going through a similar process. After both the second and third-round interviews with the managers, I was ghosted. I tried to follow up but never heard back. I waited for months and still got no response.
