Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process can take a while. I actually had to follow up twice in person to even get the interview scheduled. There are two rounds to the interview. The first round was done online.

There was a screening process before a face to face interview. It was a good chance to see if it was the right fit. The next stage is waiting to see if you get offered the position.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. It starts with phone and video calls, and then there are in-person interviews that usually happen within two weeks of the first contact. You'll need to give practical answers with good examples.
