So after I applied, first there was an HR chat, then I talked to my hiring manager, and then I talked to their manager.
There were 3 remote calls, each lasting about 20-30 minutes. The final round was in person and lasted about 2 hours with 4 people. Two of them had some technical background. It was a pleasant experience, everyone seemed friendly, and it felt like a good place to work.
First round was really behavioral, and they asked one easy stats/finance question about diversification. Mostly, we just chatted about my past experience. The interviewer was chill.
