Candidate-reported interview process

Had multiple interviews with different teams in Business Development. It was mostly about culture and fit, but you also needed to show you know about the hedge fund world. Everyone was super professional and smart, and they were happy to answer my questions about the firm and the job.

Overall it was fine, not too many technical questions and the people were nice. The whole thing took about 4 weeks and was done online. It was a good experience overall. The company seems to really care about fit.

There were 2 rounds total. The first round was a single quick interview. The second round was a super day with 5 interviews. It was all online. They were all behavioral, no quant questions. It was pretty simple. I have no complaints.
