Candidate-reported interview process

the interviewer was a bit strict and tense at first, but then they started to warm up as the interview went on and my answers were good. Overall, they were very accommodating and the conversation was intellectually stimulating. They were also very willing to share a lot of information.

This was a really bad experience. I thought the company was really unprofessional. I did a coding test and did great, then I spoke with HR, and that went fine. They then canceled the next interview without telling me. It makes me feel like this isn't a place I'd want to work because they lack basic etiquette and integrity.

It was a 30-min video screen first round, talking about behaviorals and technicals. Then a full-day onsite where we did more of the same. The full day had interview slots of 30-45 minutes with people from different teams and seniorities.
