Apptio Interview Questions

The first step was a recruiter screening which was pretty easy. Then there was an assessment called CCAT, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The final part was a sales presentation where I had to present a product of my choice, which was fair, and then answer some questions.

The interview process takes about 30 days and involves an initial screening, some skill tests, a real-world project to see how you work, an evaluation by the executives, and then final checks to make sure you're good at strategy, building relationships, and getting things done.

So basically, they got in touch with me really fast, like super quick, from Poland actually, to set up a video call with the SDR Manager. It all happened pretty much on time, and the whole thing was done in less than 10 days since I applied. I had actually applied a bunch of times before for this role.
