Apptio Product Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a very smooth and prompt interview process. There were about 3-4 rounds in total. The questions were contextual and based on my experience. Knowledge about cloud technology was preferred. Overall, it was a very good experience for me.

Easy process! Recruiter reached out after I applied online. There were four interviews total, starting with a recruiter phone screen. I got an offer two weeks later. After the initial phone screen, I interviewed with the director and then two other product managers, one of whom was on my potential team. Everyone was pretty laid-back and the interviews felt informal but thorough.

The interview process lasted about 2 months and involved 4 rounds: a 30-min phone screen, another 30-min interview, and two 45-minute interviews. Cloud knowledge was only tested in the final stage. All interviews felt very conversational, and the interviewers were nice. However, I felt some interviews were too relaxed and could have been shorter.
