The first step was a recruiter screening which was pretty easy. Then there was an assessment called CCAT, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The final part was a sales presentation where I had to present a product of my choice, which was fair, and then answer some questions.

The interview process was quite lengthy and began with a friendly chat with HR from the Talent Team. Following that, I had a challenging, almost competitive, interview with a team member in the same role. They were not constructively challenging, more like trying to one-up me. Despite this one difficult interaction, the overall experience was positive, so don't let that put you off.

The interview process was straightforward, consisting of four stages. It began with a screening by the Hiring Manager, followed by a more formal interview with them. Then, there was a cultural interview with a peer, and the final step was a panel interview. The initial interviews were conducted via Zoom, but the subsequent ones were in person, including the panel.
