It was a 3 round interview process. First, a call with the recruiter. Then, an interview with the hiring manager and the team. Finally, a meeting with the director. They were all very nice and made me feel comfortable.
There were 3 interview levels. The first was with the team lead, covering basic resume questions. The second involved the senior manager and project lead, including some HR questions and an SQL case study. The third was a general discussion with the director of the department about the current company.
Had interviews with many parts of the org. They asked the same questions multiple times. It seemed disjointed at times. Most people didn't read my resume, and some didn't know what role this interview was for.
