Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was long and unpredictable. I was offered several projects at Andersen Lab, but they were all cancelled during the interview period. I spent about a year on internal interviews and preparations with no success.

The interview process consists of three steps: a phone call to assess fit, a technical interview to evaluate skills, and a final interview to discuss culture and team alignment. Overall standard

They seem to be unaware of geography when posting for positions. The ad I applied to said it was for the entire state I live in. I scheduled the interview and it was actually for a specific city on the South end of the state & an adjacent state in the south, I live in the North. What a waste of my time applying and going through an interview as all they had to do was state the actual territory coverage in the posting. I checked back for more openings and they were advertising a position in a City on the South Side of the state and calling it a Northeastern city?? Very frustrating! Be careful of the geography and mention your desired geography before you interview.
