Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then HR reached out for an initial screening via MS Teams. I asked for a phone call because I was at work, but HR didn't reply, so I figured out the Teams meeting. During the initial interview, it felt like HR was just going through a list of questions without much interaction. They later mentioned the hiring manager was out and feedback might come after, but I never heard back.

There weren't any technical questions asked. Most of the questions were behavioral, asking about how I dealt with specific situations. They also asked about what field or department I'd be most interested in working in.

I went into a room and waited to be called. A few minutes later, my name was called and I was led to a room where three SilverLine Windows engineers were waiting. They were casual and relaxed, which made me feel comfortable. They said the questions were meant to show more about "who I am" rather than just "what I do." It was a very pleasant experience overall, and I made sure to include any relevant information. They were interested in getting to know the interviewee on a personal level.
