They seem to be unaware of geography when posting for positions. The ad I applied to said it was for the entire state I live in. I scheduled the interview and it was actually for a specific city on the South end of the state & an adjacent state in the south, I live in the North. What a waste of my time applying and going through an interview as all they had to do was state the actual territory coverage in the posting. I checked back for more openings and they were advertising a position in a City on the South Side of the state and calling it a Northeastern city?? Very frustrating! Be careful of the geography and mention your desired geography before you interview.
First, a recruiter reached out for a phone interview. After that, I had a video call with the hiring manager. The whole process was a bit slow compared to other places I've interviewed, but it wasn't too hard overall.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I sat through one interview with Andersen. The questions were mostly based around my experience as i have three years of sales experience.
