It was pretty simple, basically to see if you were a good fit and if the company was a good fit for you. They asked about what you see yourself doing in the future and how you'd manage during the busy season. Also, what you hoped to get out of this whole experience with the company.
The interview process started with a screening interview with an HR rep. After that, there were 3 separate 30-minute interviews with a senior associate, a manager, and a director. Finally, there was a 30-minute "networking" interview with some current associates.
They set up an online interview for me that lasted about 30 minutes. Two people who currently work there interviewed me. It felt pretty casual, and I learned a little about both of them during the chat. They both seemed really friendly and made me feel welcome.
