Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involves three stages: an initial HR call, followed by a meeting with the regional Sales head, and concluding with an interview with the VP of APJ. The entire process is typically wrapped up within two weeks. What's really important is having experience as a high-touch sales professional. Experience in digital analytics isn't a big factor.

I chatted with the recruiter and the hiring manager and thought it went well. But, after trying many times to get a status update, I never heard back. Looking back, it was annoying and felt like a waste of time considering the effort I put in.

I had a recruiter chat, then a take-home technical screen on Hacker Rank (no interviewer involved). The recruiter ghosted me after the technical, and I received no feedback or replies even after I reached out. I completed the technical test within a day of receiving it and well before the deadline.
