The interview process was okay. I was surprised that the HR round lasted an hour and included technical questions. It felt difficult to communicate because the interviewer wasn't an accounting professional. They seemed to prefer candidates with broad exposure, which is challenging if you come from a large company.
First there was a phone screening and then one in person interview in their office. Questions were mostly behavioral for both rounds. Process was fairly quick and they will let you know soon if you pass.
I interviewed for the procurement intern position in October 2025. The selection process is structured like this: a call with HR, followed by a 1-hour interview with questions about my university and professional background, and how I think I align with the position. After that, there was supposed to be a business case with other candidates for other positions, but I directly did it with the senior manager and specialist.
