Amplifon Manager interviews, decoded.

First, there was a LinkedIn exchange. Then, a call with HR. After that, an in-person interview with the business unit. Then, an interview in English. Finally, an interview with headquarters in Italy. But surprisingly, after step 4, they told me they'd contact me to set up an appointment. Instead, I just got a rejection email, not even a call, even though I spent a month in the process with them.

The interview process was structured and well-organized. There were several steps with different stakeholders - HR, hiring manager, director, and HR Director. Each step involved a remote meeting of about 1 hour, covering technical questions, motivations, and soft skills.

I had a talk with HR, she scheduled a 45-minute interview but ended it early after just 15 minutes. She didn't even do the usual closing like asking if I had questions. Weeks later, she mentioned scheduling a feedback session. But then she canceled and emailed saying she was too busy to meet. If this is how Amplifon employees operate, then no thanks.
