It starts with some tests, then an HR call to talk about the track you might follow. After that, there's a group interview for a business simulation, and finally, interviews with managers. It's a long but pretty standard process.
The interview process took 7 months and had several rounds. It started with AdQualis, an external recruitment company, handling some initial rounds and a business game. After that, it moved to the internal HR team, which made things worse because several interviews were cancelled either the night before or the morning of the scheduled time. If you did get an interview slot, you had to take it and make sure it worked for you, even though there was a very realistic chance it would be cancelled.
Amplifon reached out to recruit me for their Graduate Program. The whole process spanned from February to late May and included about 7 or 8 steps. I had an interview with Amplifon every other week. An outside recruiting agency handled the initial stage, focusing on my motivation and cultural fit. Following that, Amplifon executives conducted 3 or 4 interviews. It felt very impersonal, like being just a number, and they'd reject you with a vague reason. All the executives I met were male. Many of my peers had the same experience. I won't be applying to Amplifon again because I felt extremely disrespected throughout.
