First there was a phone screening and then one in person interview in their office. Questions were mostly behavioral for both rounds. Process was fairly quick and they will let you know soon if you pass.
I applied for a summer internship in the global tax department. They reached out via email and set up an interview. We talked briefly about my resume, past experiences, and my personality. After that, I didn't hear back.
I had an interview with the recruiter, then a group assignment with other candidates, followed by an online interview with the manager and HR, and finally an in-office interview with the manager and HR. Compensation was never discussed. They tried to make the 6+6 offer attractive, even though the second +6 wasn't actively explained and I had to ask specific questions. They sold it as an experience full of learning opportunities and making new connections with other interns. I also felt some questions asked in more informal settings during the company visit were geared towards my personal life, trying to get a clearer idea of my family and housing situation. I didn't appreciate that.
