The evaluation process focuses on customer retention, service expansion, and positive feedback. I'll also be tracking key performance indicators, using surveys, and analyzing customer usage data to understand their experience and find ways to improve.
Started with a short call, then took an online Transaction Monitoring Test on their platform, followed by an HR interview. The test was moderately difficult, and the HR session focused mainly on questions from my CV.
The staff in the Sofia office reached out to me for a 30-minute call. They gathered all the necessary details, like my past work history, salary expectations, and when I could begin. The next step involved a 240-question character/psychological test. Additionally, I had to complete a test focused on an internal process specific to the position. This interview was conducted via video call and proceeded smoothly, although the offered salary was much lower than I had expected.
