Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a short call, then took an online Transaction Monitoring Test on their platform, followed by an HR interview. The test was moderately difficult, and the HR session focused mainly on questions from my CV.

First I spoke with someone on Zoom, they then spoke with someone else after our meeting. About 3 days later, I got a call back and then had to complete a test to show my skills for the role.

Had an interview via Microsoft Teams after applying. Then, a background check and drug screening happened. Even after getting a job offer, you still have to pass orientation, which they didn't mention during hiring. Orientation includes some multiple choice tests, writing assignments, and a case study.
