The staff in the Sofia office reached out to me for a 30-minute call. They gathered all the necessary details, like my past work history, salary expectations, and when I could begin. The next step involved a 240-question character/psychological test. Additionally, I had to complete a test focused on an internal process specific to the position. This interview was conducted via video call and proceeded smoothly, although the offered salary was much lower than I had expected.
They called me and asked some easy questions about my interest and experience in AML. Then they sent me a technical and a logic test to finish within three days.
I got a message and interview very quickly after applying. It was supposed to be a video interview, but they video system wasn't working so just had a phone interview. They didn't really expect me to have a lot of experience. I think they hire a lot of people in the entry analyst role that do no have a lot of experience. They wanted to make sure I would be okay with a job were there is very little interaction with your coworkers and almost all is independent work.
