Applied online and HR from head office reached out and sent a link for a quick test before moving forward. Did well on the test and got an interview at the local Phoenix office. The interview itself was about 25-30 mins with HR, where I got asked basic behavioral questions, and the other 30 mins was an Excel exercise. The whole thing wasn't hard. They seemed interested and said they'd get back to me in a week. Never heard back. I emailed the head office HR for an update but was ignored. Emailed the interviewer too and was also ignored. Really bad way to treat candidates, shows how they do business. Dodged a bullet.
They provided a report to write for about half an hour, which involved using Excel to explore data and then doing analysis. After that, there was a 40-minute interview for behavioral questions. There was also a recruiter call.
So basically, I got a call from a recruiter who just wanted to know why I was interested in the job. We chatted a bit about my past work, and then she said she'd pass my application along. The next day, I heard from a recruiter at AML rightsource, and they sent over a writing and an Excel test to check my skills with pivot tables and filters. They were pretty straightforward and didn't take too much time. After I sent those back, they set up an in-person interview. It was a meeting with four managers, and then I had to take a Wonderlic test. It was pretty simple, and they offered me the job right then and there.
