Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a quick call to sort out the date and time for the interview. After that, I had my interview with the store's general manager and one of the assistant managers. The very next day, they called me with a job offer.

Sandy was really friendly and chatted about the job and her thoughts on life and work. She asked some standard interview questions and a few that needed clarification. The office had an open and bright feel. She mentioned she'd call by next Wednesday at the earliest to discuss the next steps, whether that's another interview or starting paperwork.

The interview was pretty straightforward. I met with the General Manager and a supervisor. They asked me some basic questions, gave me a tour, and introduced me to some of the team. The GM mentioned she'd be in touch by the end of the week.
