Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a quick call to sort out the date and time for the interview. After that, I had my interview with the store's general manager and one of the assistant managers. The very next day, they called me with a job offer.

The hiring process was straightforward. The hiring manager was friendly and approachable. Once it was time to sign the paperwork, the whole team submitted everything together. They provide training for all aspects of the job, and there's always a manual to consult.

I would say this was one of the best interviews I've ever had. They made me feel really welcome and it didn't feel like an interrogation at all. Overall, it was a really great experience.
