Candidate-reported interview process

It was a chill interview, I was asked about my past jobs and if I was eager to learn. The manager seemed really cool and stoked about the new store opening.

The interview was relaxed and felt comfortable with the manager. The manager asked questions like why do you want this job, what skills do you have that will be valuable to the company and things like that. After that the manager gave a brief history of the store and took me around the store.

It was chill and the people were very nice and polite. They asked good questions about yourself and your behaviour and also gave you a pen to sell like a typical sales question.
