Sandy was really friendly and chatted about the job and her thoughts on life and work. She asked some standard interview questions and a few that needed clarification. The office had an open and bright feel. She mentioned she'd call by next Wednesday at the earliest to discuss the next steps, whether that's another interview or starting paperwork.
The resume submission was super easy, a nice online process. The interview was a classic job interview, very standard. The general manager was really nice and put me at ease. They had a pile of resumes and pulled mine out as if for the first time at the interview.
The interview was short and basic. They just asked me if I had experience, where I was working now, how far I lived from the office, and which location I'd like to work at if hired. I was told I'd be contacted for a second interview, and they called about a week later with an offer.
