Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved three interviews. It started with a headquarters interview, followed by local interviews with local staff. All interviews had similar questions and format, and each lasted about an hour. The tone of the questions was consistent across all interviews.

It was a really long interview process, took about two months and I had about 6 interviews. The interviews themselves were fine, but the whole thing felt like it dragged on forever.

The interview process included 2 virtual rounds and 1 in-person round. They asked average questions, and the process felt rushed. They were looking for someone adaptable, organized, a hard worker, good at multi-tasking, with networking experience, and willing to work nights and weekends. The role requires being in the office 4-5 days a week, understanding culture dynamics, and having time management and prioritization skills.
