I went through an interview process with the Alzheimer’s Association in July. It was a bit nerve-wracking but in a good way. First, I had to take a computer and typing skills test. It involved looking at examples of people calling into a center.
It was an okay interview process. It was a phone interview. They were 10 minutes late calling me, and it was from a number I didn't recognize. The connection was really bad, and I had to ask them to repeat the questions a lot. The questions were pretty basic. They didn't ask any of the questions I saw listed on Glassdoor for this or similar jobs.
The hiring manager did the phone screen. They asked very short questions and mainly wanted to know about my experience with the Personify database.
