Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then got contacted about two weeks later to set up an interview. The first step was a virtual meeting with HR that lasted about 20 minutes and was a pretty standard screening. The final step was a longer virtual meeting, over 30 minutes, with the department leads where they asked more in-depth questions.

I first chatted with someone from HR, and then I set up an interview with the Director of the department. After that, I had a shorter follow-up interview with the Executive Director of the local chapter, mainly to answer her specific follow-up questions.

The hiring manager had a friendly and relaxed interview. Then, before a decision was made, there was a follow-up interview with the CEO. These interviews included general questions about skills and experience. There were two separate interviews in total.
