Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved three interviews. It started with a headquarters interview, followed by local interviews with local staff. All interviews had similar questions and format, and each lasted about an hour. The tone of the questions was consistent across all interviews.

I had four interviews with key people in the org. The people were all very nice. It just took them a while to schedule the interviews. Three interviews were one on one and one group interview.

The interview process was split into two parts: first, a recruiter called me, then I had a virtual chat with the head of the department to see if I was a good fit.
