I like how structured, multi‑stage interviews give both sides a fair shot at understanding fit and capability. Each step has a purpose: the first chat sets expectations, the next one explores judgment and approach, and any hands‑on task shows my real-world working style. It’s a clear way to see if the job, the team, and my approach all line up. This clarity usually helps make better choices for everyone.
I had an HR interview, then a hiring manager interview, and finally a presentation with the whole team. It was a great experience and they set expectations clearly.
The interview process moved quickly. After applying on the day the job description was posted, I heard back within two days for an initial phone screen. The following week, I had a conversational chat with the hiring manager. The week after that, I spoke with another colleague about cultural alignment and role expectations, which was also quite conversational. My third interview was with a VP from the parent company. The talent acquisition team was really helpful and provided good information throughout the entire process. The communication from HR was a really positive indicator.
