Altium Limited Qa Engineer interviews, decoded.

The interview process consisted of three meetings: an initial call with an HR recruiter, a technical interview with the QA Lead, and a final meeting with a potential manager. All interviews were conducted online via video conference and in English. Communication outside of these meetings was primarily through email.

It was a pretty standard and well-organized interview. We started with brief intros from the interviewers, then I got some info about the company, their product, and a specific project. After that, I talked about myself and my past work experience. Then came the questions. Finally, I had the chance to ask my own questions to the interviewers.

The interview was very friendly. I was first introduced to the project I'd be working on and given company info. Questions focused on my future duties, self-improvement, teamwork, and what I expect from the role.
