The interview process was pretty good overall. Faniza, the recruiter, did a good job keeping me in the loop. It felt a bit long, but that's understandable since the company was growing into new areas and getting things organized. Despite the length, it felt worthwhile. Everyone I met was really friendly and made me feel welcome.

I first spoke with the hiring manager, and then I had a panel interview with four Altium leaders from different departments. Each interview gave me a better understanding of what it's like to work at Altium, and I got to chat with some employees who have been there a while and they told me about the company's history. I liked that the interview questions all had a theme, but weren't scripted, which made the conversation flow naturally. The hardest part of the interview was preparing because this was a new industry for me.
