The hiring process was straightforward, and the interview took place over Zoom. Unfortunately, the interviewer's camera malfunctioned, so the conversation was audio-only. There were only a handful of questions, and the interviewer mostly focused on outlining the subsequent steps in the hiring procedure.
My first interview was a quick 20-minute Zoom call. It was pretty laid back and comfortable. After that, I got a job offer, but it needed a drug test and background check, which I passed. Then, they set up a 2-hour Zoom orientation. They even cover the cost of getting your guard card, which is a nice perk.
It was a very attentive and thorough process. They covered a lot of the basics and went over a lot of the different job opportunities. It does require a mouth swab, as they are very serious about their background checks.
