Candidate-reported interview process

My first interview was a quick 20-minute Zoom call. It was pretty laid back and comfortable. After that, I got a job offer, but it needed a drug test and background check, which I passed. Then, they set up a 2-hour Zoom orientation. They even cover the cost of getting your guard card, which is a nice perk.

It was a very attentive and thorough process. They covered a lot of the basics and went over a lot of the different job opportunities. It does require a mouth swab, as they are very serious about their background checks.

It was a normal interview process that took around 30 minutes. The staff were really nice. Just have your resume with you. I didn't take the job because the pay was too low.
