Twice confirmed for an interview, but no one ever called. Reached out via email multiple times with no response, and the provided phone number was out of service. Terrible experience.

This was a roughly 2-week process. I applied online and got a phone interview where we talked about my experience and account management. The second interview was with the Director. They'd already seen my resume, so they focused on how I'd adapt to the role, my work style, and stress management techniques.

The interview process involved several phone calls the same day as the in-person interview to discuss salary requirements. It was a panel interview format where terms like 'entry level' and 'family' were mentioned. I also had to prepare and deliver a presentation. Despite having a master's degree and 10 years of operations management experience, the offered salary was $40,000 per year.
