It was a general interview where they asked a few questions directly about contract security management, focusing on experience with filling posts, client interaction, and any other special experiences. They were looking for security experience beyond just guard work.
It was a tough interview process, but it was logical and they asked straightforward questions. Often, the manager and VP would interview me together to observe how I handled different scenarios.
The interview process was lengthy but okay I guess. It involved a lot of time and traveling to their home office, which is highly unnecessary. Some tasks that they wanted me to do at the home office could actually be done on site.
