Candidate-reported interview process

First day started with an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion for those who passed. The next day, candidates shortlisted from the GD round went through two more rounds: a technical interview and an HR interview.

The interview process was straightforward. Initially, I had a phone call with the senior finance manager, which was a technical round. By the end of the day, I was told I'd been shortlisted. A face-to-face interview was scheduled a few days later, which included two more rounds: an HR Round and a Final Discussion to determine the outcome. The entire selection process concluded within a week. The company staff were very decent to me throughout.

It started with a 30-min HR phone screen, then a 30-min phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a 3-hour in-person interview which included meeting with two panels of two people each, and a 1:1 with the director of operations. We also did a plant tour.
