It was a phone interview. Two people interviewed me. They asked a lot different behavioral questions and also senatorial type of questions. The whole process is about 20 minutes. During the interview, they will take notes, so expect silence.
I found the opportunity on a job board and was then contacted by a recruiting agency. The process involved an initial interview with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with five people (these were separate interviews). The whole thing took over a month. The first interview covered general questions about my background and previous roles. The hiring manager asked similar questions over the phone, and then I had the panel interview.
First, there was an HR interview. Then, a hiring manager interview with technical questions. Finally, there were multiple behavioral interviews with a leadership panel and also a peer panel.
