First day started with an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion for those who passed. The next day, candidates shortlisted from the GD round went through two more rounds: a technical interview and an HR interview.
There are 4 rounds in total. The first round is a technical interview focusing on the skills listed on my CV. The second round is also technical, covering my projects, design questions, OOPS, SOLID principles applied, unit testing, and mocking used in the project. I also had to explain my current role in the project and its architecture. The third round is a managerial interview involving behavioral analysis and handling situations - I'd say just be yourself, no need to overdo it. The final round is a formal HR round, including salary negotiation.
Had two phone calls. First was with HR, second with a lead dev. After that, they ghosted me and ignored my follow-up emails. It's unacceptable because they could have at least sent an email explaining their decision instead of just cutting off contact.
