They asked LeetCode-style problems about arrays and strings, like Trapping Rain Water, Anagram, and Longest Repeating Character. It was all about how you solve problems, if you get the concepts, explaining things theoretically, and talking about some basic system design ideas.
The process was not professional at all. I think it's better to avoid it if you want professional respect from your team lead. You quickly feel the toxic nature of this team. I don't want to work for insecure managers.
There were lots of different calls with different people. They looked at my capabilities, whether I'd fit the culture, and a bunch of other stuff to see if I matched 'the vibe.' It felt a little culty, but it might be good for someone who wants that kind of scene.
