The interview process was super detailed and open. After the initial HR call, they shared a rubric for salary and career path, and laid out what would happen next. I had a take-home assignment that took a few days, and they reviewed it after.

Started with an intro of myself, work, education, and family. Then I had to sell something. After that, they asked me what sales is and to explain everything. I was encouraged to keep talking and ask questions. Finally, I thanked them and closed the call.

Long process that felt overwhelming. They seem to be very exigent and gave me the feeling there is no room for mistake even if I owned up to it. With some interviewer, I felt he wasn't really listening, nor interested in giving me a chance and it was frustrating to not feel valued. Moreover, in my case, it seems they had issues to schedule interviews and therefore had to reschedule a couple times, sometimes on very very short notice and it didn't feel pleasant after all the preparation I had put together to be ready on time. Long story short, I had an overall negative experience although the company seems to have a nice an attractive work culture & benefits.
