Candidate-reported interview process

The process was not professional at all. I think it's better to avoid it if you want professional respect from your team lead. You quickly feel the toxic nature of this team. I don't want to work for insecure managers.

Too many steps, too many people to talk to, it felt like talking to robots, not very pleasant. Also, the salary range is really low, quickly falling below market standards.

It was a very comfortable and relaxed meeting with an HR person, without any technicalities or very difficult questions. They asked me about my previous experience and told me how the company works.
