The interview process was structured and conducted by a peer, not HR, which was refreshing. This allowed for a lot of insight from the initial discussion.

The hiring process was interesting but really long and tedious, with 8 steps in total. It started with a 30-minute screening, then a 4-5 page written assignment in English about how your skills match the job. After that, there was a 1-hour technical test involving a use case and role-play. This was followed by a Fit Interview and a Checkpoint. Then came a reference call. The final stage was an all-day event called 'Alan Day' on-site, which included presenting use cases at the end of the day. Finally, a decision was made and an offer was extended.
